The BiałystOK application is a tool enabling effective communication between residents and the Białystok City Hall and municipal institutions.

Thanks to this advanced application, everyday issues and needs of the community can be quickly and effectively communicated and resolved, supporting the development of the city and improving the quality of life of its residents.

Main Features:
1. Reporting situations requiring intervention:
The application allows users to provide information about situations requiring the intervention of municipal services. Regardless of whether it's breakdowns, damage to roads or proposals for changes in traffic organization.
2. Progress tracking and case resolution:
Users have the ability to track progress in the process of resolving a reported case. The application provides information about the status of a given case.
3. Adding multimedia to tickets:
Each application can be enriched with photos taken using a mobile device or imported from the photo gallery. This enables a better understanding of the situation and facilitates the work of municipal services.
4. Interactive map:
The application offers an interactive map where users can mark the places they report in their reports. This makes the exact locations clear and easy to identify.
5. GPS coordinates and automatic address assignment:
When creating a report, the user can add GPS coordinates of the place the report refers to, and the system automatically assigns the nearest address point, which significantly facilitates the identification of the place of the incident.

It should be noted, however, that the system is not intended to report situations directly threatening life or health, which should be reported to the emergency number 112.
